It is always a pleasure working with Brad. He is never at a loss for pointed ideas and is always looking for ways (both big and small) to enhance the directorial vision of the play. He is a great partner in the design process and a positive force in the rehearsal room and at the tech table. He puts the needs of the production first, and doesn't let his ego get in the way. I admire his work ethic and attention to detail. His thorough preparation and renderings give the entire team a clear vision of the physical world of the play and if an issue arrises, he is ready to meet it face on.
